How difficult is it to READ the order & make it correctly?? We Always order sandwiches with Rosemary bread and it never fails we get plain bread. For the price I should get whats ordered

This place used to be fantastic. However the last five visits have been absolutely despicable and I will not return. The lack of communication the whispering watching the kids just slap a sandwich together... How hard is it to train your employees to communicate with the customers? And how hard is it for the team members? To make a sandwich that all previous employees were able to make better than the current one. How about this one I walk in and place an order? Nobody in front of me. They are making sandwiches for a large order. They finish making the twenty sandwiches before making mine..... Absolutely. Ridiculous and unacceptable customer service and the quality obviously has gone down because you don't have adequate employees.
