I had problems starting my dads 1978 Ford F-150. Every time I started it in the morning I had to prime the carburetor. I called Albert at skinner carburetors and we scheduled a time to bring it in. After inspection of the truck, Albert detected that the fuel accelerator was not working properly. He said I could get by on a new accelerator pump and a cleaning. I appreciated his honesty, and decided to have him rebuild the carburetor. The truck starts up every morning without having to prime it like before, and it runs great.
