I'd give them six stars if I could. I've purchased 3 tables, a dining room set and replaced all of my light fixtures with their pieces, and they just build a custom entertainment center for me. The craftsmanship is top notch - truly museum quality pieces that will be in my family for generations to come. I can't speak highly enough of this Albuquerque furniture store - I've lived here since 2002, and I can safely say I've visited every one of them in this city (and several more in Santa Fe), and NOBODY else comes close to what Strictly Southwestern delivers.

Installed a low profile ceiling light and found a 1.5" gap between the ceiling and the fixture, as opposed to the flush view on their web page. Called the company and was advised that it was dangerous to have product next to the ceiling, hence the gap to release heat. Asked to speak to manager who immediately became defensive and aggressive. She advised me that she had been working there for 20+ years and had never had a complaint? Really? Then why so hostile? Who cares about that anyway - the point is the fixture is not secure and it looks like crap with the light escaping out the top. Do not recommend to anyone and will never purchase product from this company again.
I found this on their web page. "At Strictly Southwestern, we believe in going that extra mile for our customers because we know that our most important indicator of success is customer satisfaction."
My experience is they want your money but do not care about service.
