This is the BEST FedEx printing location. I frequently go to this store even though others are closer since they are always kind and can print whatever I need quickly!

Today4/3/24 around 130pm. First-time impressions show a lot about a person and a company. I went in to get a paper faxed. While in line waiting to be helped, I noticed one of the employees (African American girl). Doing her best not to help me. Her body language looked like she didn't want to do anything to help her fellow coworkers. She rolled her eyes constantly like she was annoyed by working. Once she had to help me without a smile can i help you, I asked to fax a letter. Response right behind you in the middle. Walked away without saying a word. She comes around the corner. Over here hun, walks to the machine sighs while she pushes a button. Says this is the machine. I say i think I can manage this. Again, rolling her eyes like a 5-year-old, not saying a word just walking away. I tell her you really have a nice attitude. Her first smile I've seen. She say thanks is that good or bad. Bad. She starts laughing while walking away. She makes the comment ugh whatever!! So I decided to leave while leaving. She rolled her eyes again, looking at me, saying what did I do. I offered to help, after rolling your eyes the whole time walking around like you don't want to help. She rolls her eyes again and smiling, she started yelling THANK! Bye! THANKS! THANK! Some where this company need better management and training. To hire and keep someone employed this lazy and blunt about her laziness. Zero stars if it allowed. Never use fedex customer service is horrible.
