After waiting in one of two long lines to self check out, the unhappy with life store employee told me I was not a line and directed me to another long line down the way. She came at me like I was cutting in front of the line at the food bank or something. This after watching me in line for 10 minutes. Start with being kind to people, that goes a long way. Correct the issue before it starts by adding some signage. We can't read your mind. Yes I sat my items down and left. Not this is not the only store in town.
