There is absolutely no communication amongst the company. They donâ€™t add notes to your account like they say they will so you end up telling 10 different people the same thing over and over again. If they ever have to connect you with a different department and they say that they will have that department call you, donâ€™t expect a call back.
Basically, if you are getting an auto loan and you get an offer from these guys, donâ€™t take it. Go find something else.
