The worker Cynthia is very horrible and inappropriate. Is constantly flirting with a gentleman with a beard and tattoos (Zach Diaz) Who employs these people ? Shes also a cheater and a manipulator. Made my experience unpleasant. Take your business elsewhere.

Got treated like a punk. Merril/bank guy walked around and did nothing to help. I waited for 30 min to do a deposit.

I've been debating wether or not to post this but I thought I should let someone at this bank know the experience I had as a client. To begin I want to say I understand you only have two tellers most days which is fine. However on this particular day there was a line of about 8/10 people. One older gentleman was having some trouble standing and waiting and a woman who was seemingly a regular to your bank very kindly let him cut her in line. When he went to the teller (Hispanic woman with long straight brown hair middle aged) she was extremely rude to him and said "Why hello Mr.Cutter" when he was visibly confused she repeated "oh you're Mr.Cutter because you like to cut people in line right?" I was SHOCKED by her abusive behavior. I couldn't believe I actually heard someone in a professional setting be so unprofessional. This was on Feb 2nd around 10am. I would like someone to speak to this woman and let her know that this behavior is not acceptable. I would have told her myself but it seemed maybe she possibly was a manager or lead and I didn't want to cause any more upset or backlash for speaking up. I hope the right person sees this and there's corrective action. To add to the shock she continued to be rude to other clients and throughout many of her transaction she never looked people in the eyes or offered a smile. I mean wow. I work in banking myself and have never and would never treat clients like this. Her behavior is appalling.
