Estimate was a great price and Hernan was polite, however he is not very responsive. I contacted him 3-4 times over several weeks after receiving the estimate to confirm project dates before finally hearing back via a brief text. Then, when it was time for someone to show up and do the project (I had moved all my furniture and had got the dogs and my child settled in my room), no one showed up. This was Monday. Hernan finally texted back (2 hrs AFTER someone was supposed to be here) saying the installer he lined up bailed and wasn't answering phone calls. An additional 2 hrs later, I was told he would personally be coming to my home on Tuesday with two other guys in the evenings (4-430pm arrival) to get the project done. He texted me at 2:45pm on Tuesday letting me know they would not be coming that evening and would be coming at 10am on Wed. On Wed, once again, my child, me and all three dogs were set up in the bedroom ready for installers and no one showed. I texted at 10:15 asking where they were, and I heard back from Hernan at 10:40am asking if anyone showed up. Obviously I told him no one was here and also explained I was under the impression HE was personally coming. I did not hear back from him until 11:15 after several text messages and unanswered phone calls and a voicemail letting him know I was very upset at this point -- my house is torn apart and I have been waiting on these guys for 3 days straight with no one showing up, and last minute (or late) "updates". I told him I either needed someone sent over, or the job cancelled so I can schedule someone else. Guess what! He cancelled. He explained both installers he lined up had just bailed with no communication and were not answering his phone calls. He said he couldn't guarantee that anyone would show, so I should schedule another company. While Hernan is polite, his response time is subpar. I'm left scrambling to schedule someone else who can come in the next couple days since my house is already all packed up and in the garage. Very disappointed and would NOT recommend.

We had just moved to Albuquerque about 2 weeks ago, and I went through about 12 quotes, but none of them were in the range we were looking for.. He was the only one to actually go under what we were looking for, they were so professional and got the job done fast. The carpet (even the cheapest they have) is great quality. Would highly recommend!!!!
