Was in town over holiday weekend with not a lot of time to look at dresses with the bride, so we made a couple of appointments and tried to stay on schedule. Every one we dealt with was helpful and patient while she tried on dresses - each seeming more beautiful than the previous - and we were able to come back the next day, try on the top two again, and make a final decision. Paige and the manager, Shelly, were both helpful, careful about the measuring and sizing for the order, and explained the contract, price discount and delivery timing carefully and completely so there would be no confusion about expectations. They also helped with making it possible to have the hair accessory the bride purchased available for a trial styling over the holidays. Also liked the bright lighting, extensive mirrors and comfortable seating here.

I visited Brides by Demetrios this Saturday with my family to look for my wedding dress. As a girl who isn't really the type to obsess over bridal magazines and the like, I didn't really have a strong idea of what I was looking for. I was helped by Natasha, who listened to my thoughts and talked with my family, and thanks to her I found the dress of my dreams! She was helpful, kind, and very much interested in what I liked and wanted for my big day. I cannot recommend her or the rest of the staff highly enough, and if you are looking for a great experience and an excellent price, you need to visit this shop!

I had a great experience at this shop! Bethany is fantastic! She was so so great at finding dresses that I liked and were within my budget. Everyone at the shop was very caring and seemed genuinely in me and my wedding. As recommended I did make an appointment, but the following day I dropped back in unexpectedly to try on my favorite dress, and they were happy to accommodate me. While my dress is still in the process of being made/shipped, all of my experiences so far have been great and I definitely recommend!!
