Thus far, the customer service was above and beyond. Professional and quick when sizing you. If you are on the plus size of life, they charge a little extra. So the prices i was quoted over the phone for two pairs of pants and a skirt doubled. I will amend my review when i pick up the completed work.

Took in my wedding dress, which was already altered but wanted something different. The other place I went to added a heavy/stiff fabric and said they couldn't tighten the chest area due to the embroidery & delicateness, but T & T did it!
I asked a lot of questions, and Teresa was very upfront (unlike some shops where they'll keep you for "consultation" and tell you the completion time & total cost after wasting 45 min). She didn't have the fabric, but I just bought my ideal fabric from Joann's. No problem. Came back and got measured.
She finished in less than 2 weeks for a reasonable price, and the dress came out EXACTLY the way I envisioned it. I'm so excited to wear a light, comfortable dress and show off my curves! HIGHLY recommend this shop.
T & T - for reference: I got the straps shortened, chest area tightened (embroidered, backless, mid-plunge -- had delicate fabric to work with but she did it), removed original lining, sewed in double-layer fabric as my bottom half (2 yards at Joann's = $17), slit & hem at bottom. All for $190 at T & T.
Nearby shop - to compare: 45min appt/consult (I asked for time & costs and they made me wait till the end), also told me to buy fabric from Joann's, gave me a completion time of 8 weeks. Same alterations - got quoted $600 at a nearby shop. Service: Alterations
