Honestly the best pharmacy Ive ever used. They are quick. They actually answer their phones and are really helpful. They always let me do last minute delivery requests and are so quick and nice about it. I have and will continue recommending this group!

Jennifer and the rest of the crew at Medicap - Albany, Oregon are the real deal! Even when theyre super busy, which is ALWAYS, every one of them take time to check in and see how we are doing. Our family have used Medicap Pharmacy for a gazillion years and they treat everyone like family!
When Mom died in 2010, they sent flowers to the house to express their condolences. This is the kind of business they are you truly become family!

I have been using this pharmacy for about six months now and each interaction has been exceptional. The employees are always welcoming and helpful. Whether I drive through or come inside the wait is brief. Additionally, my medications have always been ready for pick up in a timely manner. Cant say enough good things about these people!

I have been using this pharmacy for literally years. As of now I avoid it like the plague unless I have to. I decided to try it once more today and the lady who helps me every single time is super rude and not respectful one bit. she has ruined the friendliness and welcomeness of the pharmacy completely. the pharmacists are always super nice and friendly though. there used to be a younger girl who worked the window and was the best. after todays experience im done using them completely.
