This is my current bank and I'm very happy here. I like the special offers that they run, and the rates on their CDs are excellent. Whenever I have an issue, it is resolved immediately and I'm grateful.
The ladies are all warm, polite, and welcoming. Caron is an amazing rockstar. I like the convenient area of Albany that it is located in. The only issue is seeing fake cop / Paul Blart cruising down the sidewalk on his chariot just waiting to give someone a ticket. You know he spends most of his paycheck talking to chicks on OnlyFans that would never talk to him in real life.
Also, that Damien Miller guy that left a bad review needs to let his handler do his banking for him.

A few of the ladies working are very kind but the others have that smug I hate my life and your why attitude. I used the app to deposit my check on the weekend and Ive been told to wait until Wednesday they refuse to let me cancel my online deposit or to place a small amount into my account. There has also been multiple times they have canceled my card for me to call back and get a hour wait time or not hear the menu and just be picked up and hung up on. Idrk whats going on all i know is Im finding a new bank lol.

The umpqua app for checking you're balance is a joke I have to call in an change my password everytime i want to use it

Your Jefferson Manager could learn from the tellers on how to provide welcoming friendly compassionate customer service! Especially since we are all going through the same stressful situation! A smile and compassion goes along way!
