I would steer clear of this dealership. After I filed an insurance claim, it took more than 7 months to receive parts for my scooter, even though they were available from the manufacturer, and Albany PowerSports had been paid. I made numerous phone calls, State Farm made several calls on my behalf, and finally I had to order them from another supplier. I wish I had taken my scooter elsewhere!!!
