I reached out to the company about rock falling off the back of their truck and cracking my windshield. They advised me that they didn't see any defects with the truck so they wouldn't pay for it. I visually saw the rock come off the back of the truck, as well as a passenger in the vehicle with me. They told me if I didn't have any visual proof they(i.e. dashcam) there's nothing they could do. This is absurd and ethically they should be ashamed to not take more ownership of what occurred.
