I recently drove from out of town to purchase a vehicle due to a lack of inventory in my area. The dealership was extremely easy to work with and everyone was really friendly. My salesperson was Courtney Smith, which I highly recommend. She went the extra mile to pick me up when i dropped the rental car off and had all the paperwork ready to sign and drive when we arrived at the dealership. My wife couldnt be happier with her new van.

I had such a wonderful experience with purchasing my 2024 Honda Pilot. Alex Bryant was my salesman. He is truly patient and very thorough! Alex was the first to greet us. He has a great personality and is very knowledgeable of Hondas. He asked what we were looking for and showed us what we wanted. We asked for a Passport and after asking questions about that model we realized that the Pilot would better fit our needs. He wasnt pushy but answered our questions promptly and professionally while telling us the many qualities that the Pilot has.
After we decided on the Pilot, we went inside and met more of the staff and was equally impressed. We recommend Albany Honda if youre looking for friendly and professional service.

I can't say enough about this dealership... a huge THANK YOU to Randy Paxton and Uli for helping my 20 year old son purchase a 2024 Civic Sport. It is terrifying to be 3000 miles away from your child and not present for him during this process. Another dealership instantly tried to take advantage of him and thankfully he walked out. Power Honda Albany and these two gentlemen guided my son, treated him with care and as if it was their own son. Randy and Uli, your kindness, honesty and integrity are more appreciated by this mom than you will ever know. You both helped him tremendously and should be highly commended for your professionalism and genuine care.
