My husband went here on Valentine's Day to get flowers and had a terrible experience. The lady working there was incredibly rude to him and acted like he was an inconvenience. There was another gentleman in the store that was being treated the same way. He found a beautiful bouquet with a vase and balloon at Publix that was a fraction of the price. I don't often give bad reviews but feel this one is deserved. This store could've gotten a lot of business from us but made sure that we'll never go there again. There are plenty of locally owned small florist in Albany and I would go to any one other than this. Hopefully the lady was a seasonal worker or temporary employee and no one else will have this type of experience here.

Ordered a candy arrangement from them and it was great. Ran into some delivery issues, but they took the extra steps to make sure it was delivered. Wonderful service.
