Took my truck in to get the front end worked on. I picked up my truck and less than 15 min later, fortunately, after I got off the the highway my trackbar fell off. (This causes a loss of the ability to steer) This could have been a major problem had it happened 30 seconds earlier while I was on the highway. The response from corporate was, "sir you didn't die though you're on the phone me." We offered to do you're sway bar end links free of charge which you declined. Yes I did decline it because I'm not comfortable with them working on my truck after the first incident. The company is completely unwilling to satisfy their customers. They Do not seem to care about people, their vehicles, or families only getting their invoices paid then they write you off.

Quick and efficient. Good customer service. They'll get you in and out. Thank you Bill. I Have a hertz fleet vehicle. The paperwork process for getting work approved can be tedious. Bill was very patient and got me back on the road making sure the issue was resolved. Thanks again!

The guy was not happy being there. If you want to go there just be sure you explain to them EVERYTHING you want because they won't ask questions. Also make sure all your work was done.
