Trustco is the best bank! Yes, the best bank in the whole of Rockland County! The overall service is fair, trustworthy, and with care. All the staff, including Avtar and Ying, are so amazing and friendly; very friendly. They give you such a positive experience. They answer all your questions satisfactorily and are extremely patient and knowledgeable. Services are timely and responsibly handled. When you do business with them, they care for you, trust you, want your good, and are very knowledgeable and professional. They treat you as a valued customer and have good service and fair policies. Joining Trustco is a win-win decision. The best bank!

Just a quick review of the wonderous people at the TrustCo Airmont Branch.
I have dealt with Nic & Avtar for a few years already and Ying probably the last 2. I can not say how much these folks have helped and offered their support in a variety of ways, including, answering any questions about my account, letting me know the current promotions and helping me with two bank errors. Most importantly they have help on a human/personal level. They greet me and continue to engage in casual conversation with me anytime. I think you will find these people and their services helpful and engaging.

Avtar Singh is a knowledgeable and dedicated professional, prompt, informative, and helpful. Also his team is very friendly. They always show respect every time I visit the bank.

Worst bank in America, no transparency, sucking mobile app, no communication whatsoever, nobody is helpful there, nasty attitude, dont touch them unless you wanna find miserable banking could be.
