The Shelly Gutierrez, RE/MAX Main Street Realty as the sellers agent, her seller failed to uphold obligations of the Sellers Disclosure Statement! Shelly backed the seller lies!!! Was Very unethical behavior of a licensed realtor! Strongly advise not to be the buyer of a property by Shelly Gutierrez.
Seller gave false disclosures that cost me, as buyer, thousands of dollars! Seller refused to offer and remedy for failing to disclose and failing to pull the work permits or more signifigant, do the work he performed! Lied about home infestation. Seller declined to help with extermination!
