The employees at 1st Choice Home Medical are wonderful! John and Jennifer are ALWAYS so helpful and great to work with! My wife is on very high-flow oxygen and we have to stop in Adel to re-fill on our way to visit our daughter in Florida (often 2 times a year), and we look forward to coming to 1st Choice. In Sept 2021, we stopped to get oxygen and John asked if he could service my wife's concentrator -- he did not have to do that, we had not asked for him to do that, but he was concerned enough to want to check it out to be sure we did not have trouble on our way. Turns out that the interior filter was INCREDIBLY DIRTY! THANK YOU JOHN! Jennifer is always so pleasant and easy-going; there is never a hassle or question about what we need-- Jennifer is always eager to take care of the patient. You have some really great people there! Thank you so much!
