      image I WOULD STAY AWAY. I reached out to cancel my insurance with my agent because I sold my car to my brother.... My brother has the same agent. Even though I had cancelled... both my brother and I were still being charged for car insurance. I sold my car in May 2023.... And I'm still dealing with the issue of trying to be reimbursed in Feb of 2024.

      Hi Adam, we are sorry to hear things did not go as expected. You had requested to cancel your policy in August and wanted us to backdate the cancellation to May when you had sold the vehicle. We could not backdate the cancellation without documentation. Our agency had to work with underwriting to get a cancellation backdated 3 months.       image This agency falsely alerted me that my driver license was suspended, ultimately it wasnt. Because I have provided with proper MVR records from a DMV office then I asked them to provide me with their false alert about the suspension. They failed to do that. So its worthless, nonsense and pathetic
