Took my 4 year old son for a haircut, when we left his hair was wet and spikey so I didn't notice how bad of a cut it was. When it dried his head was covered in lines of uneven cuts. I called the next day to see about coming in to have them fix it (mistakes happen) and I was told it was over a week wait for a new appointment and it was my fault for not noticing during the original haircut. Never going back and Lorainne shouldn't have a job in that business. Service: Kids' cuts

I saw Tabitha today and she was AMAZING. She made sure I was 100% satisfied with the final product and told me what she was doing each step of the way. I highly recommend this salon, and this stylist in particular! Services: Hairstyling, Hair highlighting
