Cheap lvp products that break like glass. They don't stand behind warranties. My rep of over 5 years who had been with the company over a decade and was close to retirement left because he how tired he was of dealing with all the claims that get denied because they don't even stand behind their own products.

Only gave them one star because I had to. They have awful customer service. The reps never last. The products are cheap and will have problems and they wont stand behind their own warranty guidelines and then will drop the products because of all the claims and leave you and your customer screwed. Definitely steer clear if you value your time and your customers.
