I had an error code on my Case skid steer and I spoke to the service department about it. They looked up the code and gave me some pointers over the phone to help me do some further diagnostics on my own. It turns out it was a really simple issue and I was able to fix the problem myself. My machine was back to running that day and I avoided a lot of wasted time/money on having them pick it up and charge me a ton of money for what was a stupid-simple repair. Not a lot of dealers will do that and because of that, I will bring my machines here for anything I can't solve myself and to purchase parts and supplies. Thanks Hisle Brothers in Ada.
