Im giving this comp. & owner Wayne Manning 10 gold stars! They earned it. Why? I spoke to Wayne on a Saturday & he told me hes going out to my property Monday with his team and dogs to get rid of the squatters. He was there Monday at 8a.m. He sent me pictures, talked with the police for me, was in constant contact with me giving updates and hes getting a comp. to clean up my property!! When you need 100%integrity & reliability call Wayne.He is a man of his word & hell get it done!!! I live in Texas, my property is in Atlanta and everything went so smooth and quickly! I sure appreciate this man . Hes a true professional.

This company's practices are highly problematic. Paychecks are consistently delayed, and contacting management yields no satisfactory answers. Underpayment is a pervasive issue, and if a paycheck is short, reimbursement is never provided. The company imposes high uniform fees, refusing to refund overages. Despite set hours, bi-monthly pay fluctuates by $50 to $100. Overtime beyond 40 hours goes unpaid, and payday delays often coincide with holidays.
While the company appears professional to customers, security guards experience late paychecks and, at times, bounced checks. The plan to report these issues to the Georgia Department of Labor and the Better Business Bureau underscores the need for fair compensation and timely payments. The owner, Wayne Manning, is accused of dishonesty, inadequate guard training, and frequent late payments. This creates a stark contrast between the company's public image and its treatment of employees. Manning's apparent ignorance or denial of these issues further contributes to a sense of dishonesty and a lack of accountability.
