Deal TV provided me with some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had a Panasonic TV with some issues, but they were difficult to photograph for the folks over at Panasonic technical support. The Panasonic employees were unhelpful and apathetic. The only good thing I can say about Panasonic is that they trust Deal TV to do authorized repairs. The guys at Deal TV were extremely helpful and understanding, even to the point of letting me come in to the shop to demo the set with them with various content. They noticed the problem and then advocated for me with Panasonic in order to get the refund / repair that I deserved (something that would have been impossible without their help). What service! I would not hesitate for a second in referring others to get any electronic-related repair done here.

Just had a velodyne subwoofer fixed and it's working great now. Price was fair and they had it done in a week. What was nice is they where able to diagnose the problem and they didn't charge some cheesy diagnostic fee like some others do. Even though they specialize in TV repair, I am pretty sure these guys can fix anything that plugs in. With that being said, they will be my first choice when needed electronics repaired.
