This is the first time sought advice of this type. Steve made our experience a very good one. He was clear, and extremely knowledgeable on key areas, made several recommendations to change kitchen work area and layout which has made all the difference for me and my family. I have referred several time to friends and family. Product build to last until you are ready to change.

I am an interior designer and I have used Kastle Lake for several residential and commercial jobs. Thry have done excellent work and have beautiful cabinetry options. Matt is amazing at getting drawings out quickly as well as making suggestions on how to achieve your desired outcome.

we went with Kastle Lake Kitchens for our kitchen remodel project based on a recommendation from another contractor. we eventually got the kitchen we wanted, but Dang! they were not easy to deal with. If we had not been pressed for time as we were to coordinate with other contractors involved int he remodel, we would have changed contractors.
The install was supposed to take three days. They sent out just one guy and it took five days. They failed to order the wine rack for our hutch so we had to wait another week after install for yet another visit from them. their delays in getting the cabinets installed resulted in delays to our counter tops being installed. Matt, the coordinator for Kastle Lake promised us that our wine rack (the one he forgot to order) would be delivered on Thursday, a week after the rest of the kitchen was done. When they did not show up on Thursday, I called him and he said "oh, i thought we told you Friday". Now this delay is delaying my painters.
The bottom line is that Kastle Lake can sell you cabinets, and they can install them, and do a pretty decent job at that. but you cant count on them to be there when they say they will or finish when they say they will. And if you are working with other contractors to get the job done, they WILL end up delaying that work because they cant finish on time.
