Thought they would be better and more improve service since taking over American Disposal. Wishful thinking on my end, as they already missed pickup on my recycles this week and no communication. Why is it so difficult to get decent service these days? Never-ending disappointments with these waste management companies.

This Company, Waste Connections of Georgia, a.k.a. Waste Processing LLC, a.k.a. American Disposal Services is one of the worst ran companies In any industry. They purchased American disposal services, and then immediately stopped, picking up the trash and increasing prices and applying additional fees. They are completely unreliable and impossible to get a hold of. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I have been a customer for 3 years. Frequent missed trash and recycling pickup. Were overcharging me for my services and though I resolved my bill to reflect improved prices they still charged me this past quarter the more expensive rate because my update was too late in the billing calendar.
I was hopeful that American Disposal being newly owned by Waste Connections would improve these issues but it has gotten worse. Im paying for recycling of which they have missed two cycles in a row. Ive submitted multiple missed pickup tickets online and have spent too much time on hold on the phones to try and talk with someone. Im beyond frustrated that I am paying for a service that fails to be provided. They continue to take no accountability for it or try improve my satisfaction as a customer. They are running low on chances to make things right before I take my business elsewhere.
