Great gym, they've made a lot of changes and improvements lately that were much needed, staff has been turned around to more friendly and helpful, they've hired a full time cleaner finally! Would definitely recommend!

I can't believe the amount of 1star reviews for this gym. I have been a member here for 10 years. You can call it Energy, Lifequest, Golds ect.. First off this gym is by far the best deal in Cobb County. 24hr access and the membership fee is half the price of L.A. Fitness. 2nd if your serious about getting in shape this gym has exactly what you need. Large free weight area, 2 squat racks, a deadlift platform, cross fit area, and more machines and equipment I would have thought of. Show up, hit the weights, get results. It's as easy as that.
