I love this place. I sadly had to put our old dog down last year (we did this at home) but the doctors were wonderful helping us diagnose and explore options. Very sensitive and caring. I just visited with our new dog and everyone was so happy for us. He was experiencing some stomach issues and with testing they put us on a great treatment plan. They are very communicative through email and will call to answer questions which had not been my experience with previous vets. Really lovely people. Doctor Demarco is caring, smart and you can tell she loves dogs.

The front desk was friendly and accommodating. Dr. Demarco and her assistant were helpful and kind with my kitten. They did a complete series of exams to make sure that my kitten was healthy and that he would stay that way. My kitten is currently in that phase where he want to playfully bite but they knew exactly what to do. They went above and beyond, the lab tests were given to me on the same day and so was the necessary medication.

The absolute best vets I have ever been to...... Very companionate staff all around! They took me in the minute I walked in!!! Very very informative and very reasonable prices. My tiny 17 year old cat Luna was very well taken care of by Dr kelmn.I just can't brag enough about these guys, honestly!!! I am now switching to them permanently! Thank you thank you for everything you do!

So grateful Great Road Veterinary was recommended to us when we moved to Westford. From the girls at the front desk, to the vet techs, to our wonderful vet Dr. Demarco- everyone treats myself (but most importantly my dog Angelo) with nothing but kindness. They are also always quick to fit us in the schedule when something goes wrong and for that Im very grateful! Would recommend this vet to anyone who asks.
