I can't recommend this location at all and in fact have to say AVOID it. We reserved a truck for Saturday morning, only to show up and learn they had just given it away to someone who had walked in for a truck. We absolutely did not cancel the reservation. That is what they tried to tell us and what the response below says. It is quite untrue. My husband rented this truck three weeks earlier and was really depending upon it. This location in Acton sent us to Lowell next for the same truck and once we arrived there (a 40 minute drive, easily) Lowell had no idea why Acton had sent us there as they did not have a truck available either. We called back to Acton....their response? "We can't help you....you need to call U-Haul traffic....We are not going to call traffic for you again." Amazing they can waste half our day and not only bring zero accountability, but also have no empathy either? Don't do business here; it will be a waste of your Saturday. I don't ever leave reviews (first one yet) but this one is worth it as the experience was so horrible.
PS: The story ended with a back and forth up in Lowell. The manager ended up relenting and renting us a van (not the pick-up truck we had originally reserved) but we then learned they had rented us a van that four others had already reserved....It sounds like this happens a lot with UHAUL or this is how they do business--they have multiple reservations on a single truck and the first one in the door gets it. So the girl working at the desk and her manager got in a huge fight over the multiple reservations on the one van...The girl yelled "I am so sick of this. I am done!!!"--and ended up walking out and quitting right there on the spot.
Lesson learned on UHAUL for sure, beware!!!!

Matthew was super helpful as we needed to buy boxes and packing supplies... He even helped carry it to the car!! Great customer service!!!
