I cant enough great things about gill the salesman at acton. I stopped in to get my ford pass activated and gill didnt give up and got it done , outstanding customer service...

Service Department users. Please read. Avoid this place at all costs. I brought in a vehicle and clearly communicated what the problem was and what I needed done. When my vehicle was returned I was presented with many new problems including body damage. I remained kind the entire time and these circus animals just shrugged and said "your problem" it was not until I yelled at the manager and became irate that some of my problems were fixed. Unfortunately all were not. YOU MUST YELL AT THESE PEOPLE LIKE DUMB ANIMALS to get things done. I will never purchase from Ford Motor Company again. Seek another dealership if you own a ford, put this place into the ground so Dan Summers and his monkeys have to take their circus to another town.
