The VSO I was assigned didnt know how to search my records and missed over half my stuff. Only after I pointed it out did they find it. Then, they failed to file my claim for 2 months, only to pass the BDD date. Got a letter from VA denying my BDD claim. Now Im stuck waiting until I officially retire before the VA will process my claim. Total waste of time!

A valuable resource for veterans. I really appreciate the personal care and assistance of the VA reps. The office is a very comfortable place to be.
