I had a Dr order for a type of product. Talked to them about what products they had but wasn't sure which one would fit the specific needs. Made a special trip to look at the products than was told I could only get the product they said I could get. If a generic order is sent, why do you determine which product is the best for my needs when you don't know what they are? Frustrated!

Bad response time. I've been waiting weeks for replacement CPAP supplies. I get an excuse about paperwork with the insurance company (Avera insurance). I called the insurance people and they said there's no problem, they don't require approval. Insurance cost a lot of money. I want my money back. I'm going make some phone calls until this matter gets straightened out.
