I called from 1,500 miles away (during business hours), left a message sharing why I was calling, what I wanted to purchase, etc. left my phone number to call me. 48 hours later ... nothing. Another florist in Aberdeen responded ,promptly and has my business forever. Sorry.

Website is misleading when it comes to delivery options. I live out of state, and I just spent 30 minutes picking out flowers and writing a card for a deceased loved one, gave all my credit card info and competed the order without any issue. I even got a confirmation email, only to get a phone call saying they don't deliver to that location despite the order having gone through.
Grieving people shouldn't have to go though more stress. Please do not hide your limited delivery options from the public.

Called this morning for a last minute delivery for my daughter for Valentine's. I'm from Texas and my daughter is working in Aberdeen as a travel nurse. Not only was she the sweetest person ever, but was able to fulfill my request without it being very expensive. Thank you so much for great customer service!! I can see why you get such high reviews!
