Was trying to purchase a 2014 Corvette. Got approved for financing through my federal credit union. Ray Chevrolet would not accept a check from them because they were an out of state credit union. I told them we can wait until the check clears before I take possession of the Vette. But no they still would not do it. I have been purchasing cars for 50 years and have never heard of a dealer not accepting money. They want me to accept there local bank for a loan which would be over 3% over my credit union. What a joke.

I did not like the way the service for my brand new truck was completed. I complained to the Assistant Service Manager, who contacted the Service Manager. I informed the manager that I thought the parts I ordered were cut to fit, which I did not like. Of course he denied it. He stated he ordered another set so we could compare and they would be in today. He would call me to let me know. He has yet to call me, and I have no idea when I can get my truck parts replaced. This is my first time using this deportment after spending $63,000 for a new truck and they have failed miserably. This department needs to be taught about what customer service should be because they have no clue. Dont tell me one thing and do another. My confidence in this department is lacking and it will take time to restore my faith for the belief of good service. I will constantly be watching this department every time I bring my truck in for service. They should have training on how a service department should treat its customers!!!
