Booked a 2 bedroom suite - which was a nightmare. Whenever people on floor above oved the roof would creak and make sleeping impossible. One of the bedroom handle was lose and maintenance did not come to set it right, even though reported to front desk. Room did not have good brightness - and the breakfast was terrible, I feel this hotel requires major innovation. It looks old and jaded. All the faucets require to be changed. Avoid this place if possible. Compared to other Residence Inn , i have stayed in - this is the worst.

The front desk attendant was Unable to process payment... It's crazy that we're standing in 90 heater pumping into the lobby as she continues to run every single card we have saying they're denied. After 40 minutes of stress we called the hotel next door and we're in our room in less than 10 minute, And who would have thought we used one of the cards that she said was denied. Instead of helping she continued to blame us. Do Yourself a favor and never ever stay there. If you're gonna have somebody work nights then you might want to make sure that they can perform every job that they're going to need to perform. Or even 1 pf her duties, We asked her if she could reach out to a manager to help her and she said they wouldn't answer her texts. So we went right next door to the Courtyard Marriott... Thank you Cody.
