        Useless. Had my policy over a year with Neal Barkett my agent. Emailed him multiple times & tried calling. No response to either. If anyone gets him, REQUEST A NEW AGENT!!

        We had been Allstate customers for 25 years. After our original agent left, we had an issue with our policy and tried to speak with the current agent. Not only would he not return calls or email, but instead put us through to his secretary. When we weren't getting any resolution and said we'd look elsewhere, they were unphased and said well it's a shame to lose you. They didn't even try to help us. Oh well, that's why there are other insurance companies, so we left.
