Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Mansfield, OH - Closed

My Daughter and her husband made reservations for this weekend (September 10-13 2021) two months ago to attend some festival they called for an early check in and some rude person answered the phone and they were informed that the hotel is closed BEWARE: Radisson Corporation should not be trusted with future reservations they did nothing to help them

Made reservations by the time we got there the whole business is shut down without notification and we are without a place to stay.

The parking lot had garbage all over the place. The room was in need of repair, wall paper falling down, doors all chip and paint falling off. No remote for TV and so on. Ice machine not working. But worst of all the staff could care less. I would definitely not stay there again.

Stopped here for the night on our way to New York. The frost desk clerk was extremely rude and acted as if we were bothering her for expecting her to do her job and check us in. After taking our stuff to our room we walked out front to look around and see what was close. There was now a guy out at the entrance with a 12 pack of beer and blaring very obscene music. I am assuming he lives there. If we hadn’t been so tired from driving all day we would have asked for a refund and stayed somewhere else. Next morning went down to get coffee and all 3 of the coffee carafes were full of cold coffee. The front desk clerk said she would make fresh and that it was probably the same coffee from the day before when she had left. So she makes 1 carafe of fresh decaf coffee….I was trying to wake up I did not want decaf coffee. And she looked as if she had no intention of making any other fresh coffee. So I ended up getting a cold cup of coffee and heating it up in the mocrowave. I was disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone
