        This is a scam. The flowers never arrived. The florist's phone number is disconnected. I ordered through Bloom Nation and they're investigating them, while issuing a refund

        Today I received a beautiful floral arrangement as a gift from my husband. As I walked it into our home it completely fell apart. The green water foam broke in half causing the flowers to fall damaging several. I now have them in vases but I lost several through damage. They placed very large and heavy flowers at the top of a cheap shallow basket with no weight. It was very top heavy. I will request a refund and hopefully their customer service is exceptional.

        The arrangement was very small for the price charged. A $45 floral arrangement looks like $7.99 at Smith's. A rip off!
