Initially I was told this could be a 1-2 day job and in the end it was a 2 hour job. It took 5+ weeks before the job was actually done and that was after a few calls on my part. This may not of been an emergency to you yet we had a dangerous limb hanging over a neighbor's lot that could of caused damage. Bill was unprofessional and unresponsive. Tried to charge us additional fee's for a stump. In the end they removed the stump at no additional fee's (after poor review posted on line). I would not use this company again. This company was very professional. The arborist visited my home and we reviewed exactly what work needed to be done.the arborist made recommendations which were helpful. The service date at time was communicated. On the day of the service the arborist reviewed what needed to be done with me and his crew. They reviewed safety for both the employees and to my home. They completed the work exactly as I requested and did a great clean up Service: Tree trimming and pruning
