        Very good pumps just have to install them properly, make sure your pit is clean meaning no rocks no mud etc.

        I purchased a base model back up pump which had a issue. I emailed the company and they had me send it back. They fixed it free of charge and sent it back to me within 2 days. Service was very efficient and courteous. I definitely will buy from this company again.

        The Glentronics service department in Lincolnshire, IL is top notch. I’ve had a Pro Series back up system for about 12 years. I’ve been to the shop a few times to troubleshoot pump or controller issues over the years. The staff is always professional and makes sure my system gets back in service ASAP. My last visit in January 2020 was no exception. They once again exceeded my expectations.
