5 plus stars for Hennie and family they did a great job, communication and customer service is key and they were always on time and always communicated via text, email and phone calls, never had to wait to hear from them. Today contractors don’t return your calls and sometimes don’t even show up. Almir did an awesome job, was very attentive to the smallest detail and never room short cuts. Highly recommended.

I purchased metal 3D tiles that I wanted installed on my fireplace wall (floor to ceiling) - not an easy task considering the complexity of the tiles. It was a complicated job that would require a skilled professional installer with a strong attention to detail. Hennie and his son Abel met with me to get a full understanding of my vision. They were on top of every detail of the job from start to finish. The entire team was courteous, professional, meticulous, hard-working and really cared about the customer (me) and the end result. Kevin did tear out and install of the wood flooring, and Etni & Abner did tile installation - all top notch professionals. The job took just under two weeks and they worked diligently to get it done. Schoeman Construction did an AMAZING job remodeling our home. We are so pleased with the entire project, we couldn't be happier. And the Schoeman Team is absolutely wonderful. They treat your home as if it were their own. Cleaning up after everyday, making sure everything they do is PERFECT and to your liking. Everything went very smoothly from time of original quote to completed installation. Hennie was extremely value- adding, providing many design ideas for our remodel and his price was very competitive. The installers were meticulous with all the work, engaging us along every step of the work, and cleaned up after every day's work. They kept to schedule and were very attentive to everything. Very professional and very friendly. The suppliers they suggested for tile and bathroom hardware were also very professional, easy to work with, and gave us many helpful suggestions.
