Easily the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Poor customer service and inefficient. Cashier with a terrible attitude and even watched him throw a cup when a customer didnt have 20 minutes to wait for a cup of black coffee.

In the last couple of months, this location has improved soooo much!!!! The staff is amazing. The seating areas are clean. Great place! Update: one year from my last review... the place has fallen apart again. Specifically, whenever the older blond lady barista makes the drinks they suck. I keep coming back hoping she's not there. Even when she's at the register she is grumpy. Today, I walked in and as soon as I saw her mixing drinks, I left.

2023 update - Much nicer than my last visit. Very friendly staff, my drink was good, and I used my Starbucks card. 2020 (3star) You cannot use your SBux card. There is a sign that tells you. They are not up to drink standards like actual Starbucks. My Soy Chai had clumps in it and they said it was normal. Where as other places remake it. Very disappointed with the experience.
