I will never come here again. On my initial visit, I had to wait almost an hour for my appointment. I ordered contact lenses from them. There was some issue with the order but they never called me to tell me this. Instead, after a week of waiting, I went there in person to check. Their response was that they tried to call me. I had no phone call or voicemail from them. After having to wait an extended time, one of my sample contacts ripped and I went in to see if anyone could help me since it was their fault I did not have any replacement lenses. After waiting an hour again, I was then told there were no sample contacts. Oh really? So what do you give to your patients after the eye exam? I have dealt with the Coral Gables location and they at least attempted to help me. Stay away from this location.
