        Terrible..had requested card from camera downloaded to flash drive. We had pictures from our latest trip with our son. My husbands health made it most likely our last shared vacation together. They wiped out the card and erased all pictures and were unable to recover. Sent numerous complaints and even phone calls but it was like one area did not know what the other was doing. We were requested to send our complaint with description which we did and next thing we get is another request again for same info. Then an e mail saying since we did not respond again they cancelled our complaint. Thank you Office Max for taking away our memories in pictures.
