Office Depot

Purchased a chair from this store, and unfortunately I had to return it a few days later due to it not being comfortable. The return process was as seamless as the purchase, and the sales associates were friendly both times.

Waited 20 minutes on a printer they said they had... then I told the associate I called the Delray store and asked if I should drive there instead... she laughed and said, the computer says we have 2 or 3 and I cant find them... then she disappeared a few minutes and came back and told me they cant find their inventory. She was nice enough but this place just wasted 30 min of my time. Hopefully theyll take this review and an opportunity to improve. Theyre were many frustrated people waiting on what seemed like kind but clearly either untrained or uninformed associates.

As opposed to the horrific sister property, this Office Depot never disappoints. Ciara went out of her way to be helpful. Maybe she should train the region.
