Malek was the young man who helped us when I needed assistance upgrading my phone. He was very knowledgeable, smart, kind & most importantly... Honest. I had many questions and he answered everything without hesitation.

I went to this location 2 days ago because I saw a deal online where you can get an iPhone 11 for about 50 bucks for their new customers.  I had been wanting to switch my mobile carrier and I really wanted to take advantage of this deal. I went in and there was this young lady reading a book. She told me that they need to verify my ID before I could be approved for this deal. Okay. I give her my CA driving license. After a few minutes, she tells me that my ID was not approved. When I asked her why it would be rejected, she did not have a clear answer that satisfied me. She told me that if I still wanted the phone, it would cost more now. About 300, I believe she said. I said no that I am not willing to pay that much and walked away. So just FYI, even if you have a valid ID, it might get rejected and you won't be able to get this deal. I just went to another store (Not Metro) and was able to get a new Android phone for 99 dollars. I wanted to stick with iPhone because that it what I was used to. Unfortunately, I wasn't approved at this store, so I went with a different mobile carrier and a new type of phone.

Just bought my new iPhone SE. i was with verizon for many years and was hesitant about leaving but when i asked questions, Calvin was there to answer them and explain how much i would save by bringing my service over to metro. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He helped me every step of the way and i am extremely impressed with how much he knows. all of my business will be brought here from now on!
