They no longer have physical locations, only online support. But, good luck using online support. Getting in contact with an actual human is harder than solving a Rubix cube as a color blind person, while all of your fingers are in Chinese finger traps.

Bought an oculus rift on the 9th of October. I drove 4 hours back home, and opened it to find it empty. Called promptly to get my money back, its now the 24th and I havent been refunded

If you go here thinking its on the service level of an Apple store dont bother. I had some hardware issues with my Xbox accessories and it was basically no proof of purchase......buy new ones. There was no offer to assist with a fix or discount on replacements nor were their any questions of my history with the brand to establish me as an invested and loyal customer. Just disappointing.

Leon at the south coast plaza store was very helpful. What a great customer service! He gave us information about the new surface tablet and many more tips from Instagram photo uploads to antivirus.

They are very nice and helpful. I brought my surface in and Daniel fixed it in a flash. It's what service should be like at all stores. I'm impressed and will buy again from them.
