Sears Hometown Store - Closed

went into the store looking for a part and the staff went above and beyond to help me find the part. i would recommend them to everyone.

Worst in town. I bought a Kenmore Elite refrigerator just to find out it has faulty compressor. I also found out a class action lawsuit was against this exact refrigerator compressor three years before this was sold to me. You would think an appliance store would not sell garbage that their reputation would mean something. When we called they said nothing they can do. Planning a small claims court action against this so called quality store.

Great customer service and great prices on refrigerators, washer and dryer. They don't deliver but the prices are worth it. The team members there really took there time to help us.

Don't waste your time or money buying Craftsman tools especially with the lifetime warranty. All you will get is the run around if you need to replace them. I have been buying Craftsman tools for 35 years, I have a ratchet that has broke and can't get it replaced. Time to switch brands.

Went into the store to purchase a Refrigerator and washer and dryer, they don't have most products in store I guess I was lucky that day because I got all three there, they weren't exactly what I wanted because I like most people, live on a budget. Plus there's a sign on the entrance that states they do not do deliver. My purchase was pleasant and the girls were fabulous 4 out of 5 stars due to the fact they have a limited supply of products and they don't sell display models, (which in my opinion they should).
